- Encryption at rest, access controls and audit records. Data access, export and deletion are explained in Sathi’s security overview and privacy policy.

- We do not currently hold SOC 2 or ISO certification, or a completed independent penetration-test report.

- Simplified Solutions (UK) supports specialist security engagements. Scope, contracting responsibilities and data access are agreed for each engagement. This partnership does not certify or independently audit Sathi.

Working togetherResponsibilities agreed before access
Before a pilot or integration begins, we agree the purpose, systems involved, permitted data access, success criteria and exit arrangements. Specialist work identifies the contracting entity, delivery team and any referral fee.
Product developmentTested in everyday use
Sathi is in beta, used by its first families and early users. We expand through observed use and feedback, with development status published in the capability guide.
